By accessing Gamezaar.com, you enter a binding contract with the Global Distribution Node. Our platform acts as a secure cryptographic intermediary. You certify that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage in digital retail transactions.

Users are responsible for maintaining the encryption of their access credentials. Gamezaar is not liable for data breaches resulting from local user negligence. Use of 2FA and secure 'Secret Passwords' is highly recommended for vault protection.

All items sold are digital activation licenses. Upon 'Revealing' a key in your profile vault, the asset is considered 'Consumed'. Because of the nature of digital goods, standard returns are not possible once the cryptographic sequence is exposed.

PLUS Memberships are non-refundable digital upgrades. Benefits include 0% service fees, priority support, and exclusive market drops. Memberships are tied to a fixed duration (6M, 1Y, 3Y) and do not provide ownership of the Gamezaar platform.

Prices may be displayed in LKR for convenience but are anchored to USD values. Payments are processed via secure gateways (NOWPayments/PayDo). You agree to pay all applicable node fees unless waived by an active PLUS status.

Gamezaar provides a 7-day (168-hour) protection window. If a key is invalid, users must file a 'Guarantee Claim' with screenshot evidence. Fraudulent claims aimed at obtaining free assets will result in permanent node termination.

Sellers must provide valid proof of inventory source during enrollment. Funds from sales are held in a 'Safety Hold' for 7-14 days to ensure buyer satisfaction. Seized funds from fraudulent sellers will be used to compensate affected users.

All disputes are audited by the Gamezaar Team. The Admin's decision in the 'Dispute Vault' is final and binding. We reserve the right to act as the sole arbitrator in conflicts between buyers and merchants.
